Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

Accounts and API keys

Keep your credentials secure. An API key acts with your permissions; revoke it from your profile if it is exposed. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break authentication or access another tenant’s data, do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, and do not place load on it that disrupts other users. We may suspend an account that does.

Third-party models, datasets and licences

The registry describes artifacts published by third parties and links to them; it does not license them to you. You are responsible for complying with each upstream licence and any gating agreement you accept.

Our licence verdicts are derived automatically from the licence text and published as engineering findings. They are not legal advice, and a verdict of "permitted" is not permission.

Screening verdicts and figures

Readiness bands, recommended patterns, promotion gates and estimates such as memory requirements are produced by our own tooling and are provided as information. Figures labelled illustrative are not measurements. Decisions to deploy a model remain yours.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without an availability commitment unless one is agreed in a written enterprise contract.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to [liability cap]. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction.
