Refund policy
When a payment for OSAI-Models can be refunded, and how to ask.
Free use
Browsing the registry, screening repositories and using the Model Assessment bench are free today. Nothing to refund applies to them.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed [billing period] in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
If you cancel within [refund window] of a first purchase or a renewal, and the plan has not been substantially used in that period, we refund that payment in full.
Enterprise agreements
Enterprise deployments, private registries and support contracts are governed by the signed order form. Where its refund and termination terms differ from this page, the signed agreement governs.
Service failure
If a paid feature is unavailable for a sustained period through our fault, contact us and we will refund or credit the affected period.
How to request a refund
Write to [admin@deepneurons.ai] from the account email with the invoice number and the reason. We respond within [response window], and approved refunds return to the original payment method within [settlement window].
